1. There is no passage (admission) fee nor oblation (annual) fee for children in the Order. In each case the Order retains records of such grant if such proof by certificate is desired at a later date.

2. There is no passage (admission) fee nor oblation (annual) fee for cadets or members in training in the Order.

3. There is no passage (admission) fee nor oblation (annual) fee for Ladies of Honor or Ladies of Grace. There is, however, a fee charged for the diploma that shows such rank if such proof of grant is desired. As noted above, the Order retains records of such grant if such proof by certificate is desired at a later date.

4. There is a passage (admission) fee and oblation (annual) fee for Knights of Honor and Knights of Grace. The admission fee is the cost of the purchase of a cape, which is required of all Knights in the Order. There is also a fee charged, but only to cover the cost, for the diploma that shows such rank. The oblation (annual) fee for Knights of Honor and Knights of Grace is $100.00. It is due each June 24, the feast day of St. John the Baptist. Adjustments to these and the following costs will be made for members who are not US citizens.

5. There is a fee charged for the Patent of Nobility to those members who are offered, and who accept, this distinguished personal honor from the Sovereign Order of St. John of Jerusalem. For both the Knight of Justice and Lady of Justice the fee for the Patent of Nobility is $500.00. The remainder of the cost required of each Knight of Justice granted a Patent of Nobility is the cost of purchase of the uniform of a Knight of Justice and the cape of the Order, which cape is required of all Knights of the Order. The oblation (annual) fee for Knights of Justice is $100.00; for Ladies of Justice the cost is $100.00. (Current Ladies of Justice will be grandfathered in at the old rate of $50.00). Adjustments to these and the following costs will be made for members who are not US citizens. The oblation is due each June 24, the feast day of St. John the Baptist.

The Order will tithe from the proceeds from the annual oblation totals to the Catholic Church, and to the operating funds for Joseph Mar Thomas of the Malankara Catholic Church who has been serving as our spiritual advisor. The remainder will support the operating costs of the Order.
